Please choose your products carefully as we do not refund or exchange products simply due to change of mind.
If the product is received faulty we will replace the piece and cover any postage costs incurred by you. In the case the item cannot be repaired and a replacement is not available, you are entitled to a credit note for the Elle Louise store.
Returns must be notified via email to email@example.com, within 2 days of receiving your order and must include a photo of the fault, a description of the fault and also proof of purchase. The faulty item must be received back within 14 days of the purchase date to be replaced, repaired or a credit note issued. The item must also be returned in original condition with swing tags, packaging & also unworn.
Once your return has been received, your exchange, repair or credit note will occur.
Wear and tear over time is normal & is not considered a fault. The jewellery and crystals are delicate and should be handled, stored & cleaned carefully (see ‘LOVE + CARE’). If you find that your jewellery has a manufacturing fault, we will happily repair, refund or exchange your item providing the item has been purchased within 2 month. An email must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with proof of purchase, a photo and description of the fault, for the return to then be approved by Elle Louise .
Variance In Crystals + Clarity
All crystals are individually hand picked, each with their very own characteristics. Each piece may vary slightly from the image on the website. Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange for a different piece.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of colour will be completely accurate.
Delivery + Shipping
ELLE LOUISE delivers jewellery around the globe.
We offer free shipping Australia wide when you spend $35 or more in one transaction. Orders under $35 will incur a $10 shipping fee.
Need your order quickly? We also offer an express service for $10 which takes 1-2 business days.
Shipping within Australia:
- Standard - Free (all orders over $35) – 1-7 business days
- Standard - $10 (all orders under $35) – 1-7 business days
- Express -$10 (all orders over $35) - 1-2 business days
All orders will be shipped to the address provided within 72 hours from the date of the purchase.
As you can understand, we are unable to take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances (reasons beyond our control), which may cause your delivery to be late.
All international orders will be shipped using DHL express.
Products shipped internationally are typically processed within 2 business days from the date of the order. Once processed your order will be delivered within 2-7 business days.
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of the custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Shipping outside of Australia:
- New Zealand ($20) – 2-5 business days
- United States ($25) - 3-5 business days
- Rest of the World excluding France ($30) - 3-7 business days
